The Right-wing former Neighbours star, born Holly Vukadinovic, took to X on Wednesday with a photo of the pair enjoying a beer at 's pub The Farmer's Dog in the Cotswolds, England.
'Nothing like a beer with your mate at the pub on a hot day [Australian flag] #TheFarmersDog,' Valance, 43, wrote next to the image.
Both women beamed as they clinked glasses over the table, with Valance looking chic in a denim dress while Hanson sported a black-and-white striped blouse.
Hanson also took to X with several photos of the women posing together out and about in the English countryside on the same day.
'While here in England, I took some time out to catch up with Holly Valance who has been a staunch backer of true both here in the UK and myself in Australia,' she wrote.

'We visited Blenheim Palace for a wonderful private tour of this enormously historic beauty in Woodstock before stopping off at the Farmers Dog for lunch and a few of Jeremy's beers. What a wonderful day!' she continued.
The politician added that she had some 'big meetings' in store this week, and would be providing more details soon.
It comes after Valance, who has lived in the UK for years, publicly threw her support behind Hanson during an interview with Karl Stefanovic's podcast.
'I'm really behind her. I think she's amazing,' Valance said when asked about their relationship.

Valance said that a focus on diversity has been detrimental to the UK, and foresees similar issues in Australia unless Hanson's messaging is taken seriously.
'You can see the signs now, so you've got people like Pauline who are desperately trying to put on the brakes and change things. I'm really behind her. I think she's amazing,' Valance said.
The former pop star also discussed the controversial song she penned to promote Hanson's film, A Super Progressive Movie.
The track, titled Kiss Kiss (XX) My Arse, was released on Australia Day and has reached No1 on the Apple Music iTunes bestselling songs chart – soaring ahead of tracks by Keli Holiday and Harry Styles.
