Tilda Swinton and Daughter Steal the Spotlight at Chanel

was all smiles as she joined forces with her daughter Honor Swinton Byrne at the 's Haute Couture Fashion Week showcase on Tuesday. 

The mother and daughter duo dressed to impress as they made a rare joint appearance at the star-studded show in Paris. 

Tilda turned heads in a red and black checked midi dress and beige towering heels as she arrived holding hands with her daughter. 

The Scottish actress, 65, caught the eye in the short sleeved dress which boasted a coordinated scarf to cinch in her waist. 

Tilda completed her daytime ensemble with a quirky gold chain necklace with chilli charms and a pair of round sunglasses. 

Meanwhile Honor cut a smart figure in a black bomber jacket and matching zip front pencil skirt as she took her seat on the front row next to her mum. 

The Souvenir star teamed the co-ord with a simple black top, a Chanel clutch and a pair of heeled stilettos.  

Fall/Winter 2026 Haute Couture Week runs from July 6 to July 9 and will feature shows from 30 houses including Balenciaga, Fendi, Dior, Giorgio Armani and many more.

Tilda shares Honor and her twin brother with Scottish artist and playwright John Byrne, 83, whom she was with for 14 years until they split in 2005. 

The former pair also share son Xavier who unlike his twin Honor lives a more private life out of the spotlight.  

Now Tilda is with partner Sandro Kopp, 47, who is 17-years her junior, after they met while filming The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

The actress is a frequent collaborator with the director, having appeared in his films Moonrise Kingdom (2012), The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014), Isle of Dogs (2018), The French Dispatch (2021) and Asteroid City (2023).

The couple live together in Nairn, Scotland, with the artist moving into the home she used to share with her playwright ex, John.

She previously insisted she still has a good friendship with her ex, who she shares twins Honor and Xavier with.

Tilda also said that Sandro and John also have a good friendship. 'It's all quite boring really,' she said.

'The father of my children [playwright John Byrne] and I are good friends and I'm now in a very happy other relationship.

'And we're all really good friends. It's a very happy situation. Life doesn't have to be complicated.'

She added: 'You just have to have compassion with yourself and stop blaming yourself when things do get complicated.'
