Chers Son Faces Trial Over Prep School Arrest

's troubled son Elijah Blue Allman will be put on trial in Concord, on June 16 over his February 27 arrest at a local prep school.

The 49-year-old 'waived his arraignment' on two counts of simple assault and one count of criminal trespass, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct - according to WMUR.
