Christina Aguilera put on a rare PDA with her long-term fiance Matthew Rutler over the weekend.

The couple, who have been engaged for over a decade, were all smiles as they attended a party at Sartiano's in New York hosted by Raising Cane’s founder Todd Graves.

Aguilera, 45, and Rutler, 41, looked more in love than ever as they snuggled up together on a couch at the event.

At one point, Aguilera and Rutler snapped a photo with frontman .

Rutler, a former production assistant, usually stays behind the scenes, but lately he’s been stepping out more with his pop star partner.

In April, the pair attended the 12th Breakthrough Prize Ceremony together and even shared a kiss on the red carpet.

The 45-year-old also appeared alongside rapper Big Sean at the star-studded event

Before that, Rutler hadn't walked the red carpet with the Ain't No Other Man hitmaker in a year.

While the pair have been engaged for well over a decade now, Aguilera previously said that they were in no rush to get married.

'Having just moved into a beautiful new home we call "the sanctuary", having a baby, and now being so excited to get back to work, I have my hands full, and am not in a rush to set a date,' she told People magazine back in 2015.

'I want to plan it and cherish the moment, while not feeling rushed.'

In 2021, she shared a gushing post about Rutler to Instagram, but made no mention of their long engagement.

'You continuously impress me with how devoted, driven and hardworking you are, while being a devoted, loving and thoughtful parent and partner,' she wrote.

'You always strive to be better and never settle for anything but. From being an amazing father to an incredible businessman and forward thinker, you innovate and execute ideas on the daily.'

She then praised him for founding the company MasterClass, which is a website that sells educational seminars from experts in their field.

The pair got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2014, with Rutler popping the question with a huge diamond ring.

Aguilera is currently working on a new album and a documentary about her life

between 2005 and 2011.

The former couple had one child, Max Liron, now 18, who they have chosen to keep largely out of the spotlight.

Aguilera's music career has cooled in recent years, with the diva's last full-length English-language album being 2018's Liberation.

Last December, she starred in her own documentary concert special for Paramount+ called Christina Aguilera: Christmas in Paris.

She's also working on a documentary about her career, which will be paired with a 'conceptual' album.

'I have so many projects in the works right now, and everything feels like a rebirth of sorts,' she told Rolling Stone.

'Conceptually, there are a lot of things that are getting birthed at the moment and coming to fruition, so yes, I’m loving this time of year.'
