'Getting out of that state of almost like... [you think], it's gonna happen to me again. No matter how amazing someone is, it's gonna happen again. It's like PTSD, kind of.'

Robillard has since found love again with current boyfriend, musician and influencer Adrian Nuñez.

But she said it took a lot of work to get to a place where she could let herself trust in love again.

'I've really had to do a lot of healing to get out of the PTSD of it all, and it's still not all the way gone,' Robillard admitted.

'I did not think people were capable of things like that, so I was just like, if [Ford] can do it, if someone that I loved and trusted and chose to marry could do that to me, anybody could,' she said.

'Relearning that that's actually not true and that everyone's different and that there are good people out there, and that not every guy is gonna treat you like that - that's been the biggest learning curve for me and just trusting again.'

Robillard previously addressed the reported infidelity on Alix Earle’s Hot Mess podcast shortly after their split.

'It took a turn, drastically,' Robillard said of her relationship a month after Ford’s proposal.
