As the camera panned by Damon, 55, who was standing in the stadium alongside his wife , the commentator erroneously identified the actor as Pitt, 62.
'Brad Pitt also among the fans here,' the commentator said before quickly correcting himself.
'Oh it's Matt Damon! That's Matt Damon. There's been a lot of glare on our monitors, too. Apologize to both,' he said.
X users took delight in the hilarious snafu: 'Guess [there] are worst guys to be mistaken for,' one wrote.

He pointed out, 'One of my daughters said, "Well, family dinner, last night we didn’t talk." And we realized, "Oh my gosh, you’re right." We sat down for dinner, and you can get lost in that routine a little bit and not appreciate why you established the routine in the first place.'
