The 57-year-old underwent the plastic surgery procedure in 2024 and marked the two-year anniversary with an Instagram update showing off her results.
The Hairspray star shared a series of snapshots in the doctor's office, as well as selfies she had taken after healing from the procedure.
The new images come just months after she after her 40-pound .
Alongside the photos, she wrote in her caption: 'Happy 2 year anniversary to me. Yes, 2 years ago today, I had a face lift.
'Specifically, for those wondering, I had a deep plane lower face and neck lift along with a mild co2 laser,' she continued.

She also revealed her 'incredibly talented and kind' surgeon was Beverly Hills-based Dr. Allen Foulad.
She said Foulad 'made the experience a wonderful one and my results have been remarkable, natural and long-lasting.'
Lake also opened up about how she sought out her surgeon after she lost weight and wanted to tighten up the 'extra skin.'

In her post, Lake highlighted selfies she had taken and said she was not wearing any makeup nor using any filters. She also praised the increasing transparency from public figures regarding any cosmetic surgeries they may have undergone

In the past, Lake has also been vocal as she shared her diet and exercise regimen amid her weight loss journey.
She previously revealed that she shed pounds by sticking to a keto diet and doing intermittent fasting.
