Jelly Roll recently shared that he dealt with a health matter while touring with , one week before news broke about his from Bunnie Xo.

In a June 11 TikTok, the 41-year-old music artist told followers he 'went to the hospital' after fighting a sinus infection.

'So, I went to the hospital last night in Charlotte, ,' he shared, naming Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. 'Shout out to that whole hospital. They literally got me on my feet for the show.'

The country star recalled being 'puffy-faced' and said doctors 'gave me a bunch of steroids.'

As a result of the infection, Jelly Roll – real name Jason DeFord – was forced to miss a portion of the show.

He said that Post Malone checked on him, and also sent a flower arrangement with a note reading, 'Get well soon, Mofo! Love ya.'

It came one week before the news that he filed for divorce from Bunnie Xo; pictured in February

He said in the TikTok clip, 'I love you, Post. When I say on stage every night that Post Malone is the nicest human in the world... I'm not making that up.

'[He's] the most normal dude in the world. Like I love you, Post.'

Jelly Roll cited 'irreconcilable differences' in the filing, which was lodged on May 18 and lists May 9 as the couple’s date of separation

Fans also returned to a June 5 TikTok post from Jelly Roll in the wake of the couple's split.

The innocuous post featured then-and-now photos with his 18-year-old daughter Bailee Ann DeFord.

The present day photo showed the father-daughter duo holding up middle fingers alongside the caption, 'Can't believe my life right now. I feel on top of the world.'

The post was soundtracked by rapper Latto's new song Mama, which features Jelly Roll.

His followers suspected that the content was somehow aimed at his estranged wife, forcing the music artist to make a statement in the comments.

'This wasn't posted today, it's just going viral today. It is not a response to anything. All this post meant was I love my daughter and I'm honored to be on Latto's song. Love y'all,' he wrote.

In addition to Bailee, Jelly Roll also has son Noah, 10 in August, from a previous relationship.

He and Bunnie do not share any biological children.
