The 41-year-old rapper-singer - who once topped the scales at 550lbs - currently weighs 250lbs after three years of dieting and exercise.
'I've been overeating the last three or four days and I was feeling myself stress eat,' Jelly Roll (born Jason Bradley DeFord) revealed in a YouTube vlog last Friday.
'The addict in me came out. We had this show at this one spot that I love their catering and they have a dairy-free skillet cookie. I don't eat nothing like that. I'm like a drug addict. You can't eat that because if I ate one, I'll eat two - I ate four. So later that night, I'm at the taco truck getting a peanut butter fluff.'
Before he knew it, the three-time winner had consumed 2,000 extra calories that he didn't see coming: 'It's like the taste of blood [for a shark]. Now it's going to take me a whole week to get that completely out of my mouth.'
Jelly Roll learned that 'how you do anything is how you do everything.'
