The Spanish actress, 49, who is married to Australian A-lister , 42, says that taking risks is a must when work becomes stagnant.
'People are so often in a job they don't like and they're struggling every day, and I'm like, "Why don't you free yourself?" And they're like, "Because of the money",' Elsa told the Daily Telegraph this week.
'But why don't you travel somewhere else or give yourself that opportunity?' she continued.
'They're scared of what could happen, [but] you need to take risks in life to discover new things.'
Elsa has plenty of experience in uprooting her life and starting over, having relocated from to at the age of 27.

Elsa says that after experiencing a difficult childhood, she relishes the peace and unity of her family unit.
'When you grow up in a broken family, it's part of your dreams to try to have a family that stays together and grows together,' she said.
'Nobody says it's easy, but I love challenges in life. It's beautiful to have a family that's all together.

'You have ups and downs, but it's most important that you have love for each other so you can grow through any obstacles.'
It was love at first sight for the A-list power couple when they were introduced in early 2010.
