The singer, 32, performed an impressive 12-night run as part of his Together Together tour at the 90,000-capacity venue in London.
It has now been reported that the former One Direction star has banked a total of £177.6million, which includes around £9.5million in basic ticket sales each night.
A source told The Sun: 'Harry served up Wembley's most lucrative shows ever. The ticket demand and sales were unprecedented and he probably could have sold double the number of shows.
'It just shows how much of a global star Harry has become as a solo artist. His appeal and performances are astonishing and fans are happy to pay for the pleasure of seeing a master at work.'
The Wembley shows' VIP package deals and priority passes cashed in around £1.5million per night.

Meanwhile an average of £1.6million per night was understood to have come from Harry's sponsorship deal with American Express.
This was boosted by an estimated £500,000 per night in his joint venture partnership deals with Wembley and Live Nation.
And fans were said to have spent £1.7million per night on merchandise, which included £35 T-shirts and £75 hoodies.

Daily Mail have contacted Harry's representatives for comment.
During Harry's final gig at Wembley Stadium, he was joined by a surprise guest, his older sister Gemma, 35.
Harry, 32, looked close to tears as she joined him on stage and made an emotional speech about her brother's achievements.
Harry's band introduced his sister before Gemma nervously took to the mic and told the 80,000 fans present: 'This is not somewhere I ever wanted to be!'
'That said, this is not a normal evening,' she continued. 'My little brother is about to finish a record-breaking 12-night run.'
'And I'm gonna keep this pretty short because I don't know how you do this quite frankly, I feel like I'm gonna...'
Gemma then turned to her brother, telling him: 'I don't think of you as this at all in day-to-day life. I think of you as a brother and an uncle and a best friend. And seeing the incredible community that has formed around you is just indescribable, really.'
'Thank you to everyone who has been here with you over the past 12 nights and the last 16 years.'

Gemma then recalled the moment she dropped her 16-year-old brother at his first audition for The X Factor at Wembley Arena, where One Direction were formed.
'I left you over the wall somewhere over there and awkwardly backed away and thought "are you going to be able to handle this small person?" And now we're here,' she pointed out as Harry wiped his face.
'I'm so proud of you,' she said. 'And not just because of this. I'm proud of who you are, and who you allow other people to be, and the impact you've made on so many, not least on the ones who get to love you… what a life-long privilege that is. Thank you for being you,' she added.
'I love you so much, and yeah, please help me congratulate you on a historic 12 nights at Wembley.'
The siblings shared a long hug before Gemma left her brother to finish up his final gig.
The night also included Harry's emotional tribute to – with 's parents watching proudly from the crowd.
The singer first found fame as a member of One Direction after the band was formed on The in 2010, where they finished in third place.
The group went on to become one of the biggest pop acts in history, selling more than 70 million records worldwide and embarking on sold-out stadium tours before announcing an indefinite hiatus in 2016.
Tragically, Liam died in October 2024 at the age of 31 after falling from the third-floor balcony of his room at the CasaSur Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

During Harry's final Wembley show, fans were moved to spot Liam's parents, Geoff and Karen Payne, alongside his sister Ruth, and his young nephew in the audience.
As the concert drew to a close, the singer took a moment to thank the band that launched his career.
