Jan laid out her exact routine, starting with the daily habits she has stuck to for years.
'I drink two to three litres of filtered water every day,' she told Daily Mail.
'I exercise every day and I do not eat rubbish because I cannot. I cleanse and moisturise twice a day,' she explained.

Jan went on to detail the extensive cosmetic procedures she undergoes under the care of a specialist she has been seeing for nearly two decades.
'I have a doctor that has been looking after my skin for the last 17 years,' she said.
She then revealed the two major laser treatments she uses throughout the year.
Ultherapy uses ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production deep in the skin.

Jan said it improves firmness and lifts lax areas including the lower face and jawline.
Halo resurfacing laser targets the surface layers to smooth texture, refine pores, reduce pigmentation and boost collagen.
It brightens the skin and gives the glass-like sheen fans have noticed on the show.
Jan confirmed these two treatments are her main in-clinic procedures and insisted they deliver visible results.
