The footy WAG, 34, has undergone surgery to treat swollen, leaking veins in her legs, caused by her pregnancies. 

The model admitted that, as a busy mum, she had put off the treatment for five years, and was in pain. 

'One was leaking and caused swelling and constant bruising around my ankle, it then went on to cause me lots of discomfort,' she wrote on Instagram this week.

'You know what's not spoken about enough? HOW much our bodies go through to bring life into the world and the long-term impact pregnancy and birth can have on our bodies,' Jesinta continued.

'You know what's not spoken about enough? HOW much our bodies go through to bring life into the world and the long-term impact pregnancy and birth can have on our bodies,' she said

She went on: 'One of the hardest things about motherhood is choosing to do something for yourself. 

'One of my goals this year is to take better care of myself. 

'That means no longer delaying the important things when it comes to my health and wellbeing, like I so often have in the past.

'No more pushing through. No more simply putting up with things because everyone else's needs come first.'

and her husband Lance 'Buddy' Franklin welcomed baby number three, Bam, now seven months, on the  in December.

They confirmed the exciting news on social media by sharing a precious gallery of photos. 

'Home for Christmas with the most special gift of all,' the caption read.

The couple, who married in 2016, are also proud parents to daughter Tallulah, six, and son Rocky, five.
