Amanda Bynes was spotted on a walk in Los Angeles.
The former child star, 38, wore a long-sleeved white t-shirt with a scoop neck with black leggings.
She carried a small white handbag and wore her dyed black tresses in a half-up style.
The Amanda Show alum was involved in an animated conversation on the phone.
This is the first time the What a Girl Wants actress has been seen since she dropped her plan to become a manicurist and announced her fashion collaboration.

Amanda has not passed the licensing requirements to become a nail technician despite several attempts.
Amanda announced her fashion line in an Instagram post on October 2, revealing that she is working with designer Austin Babbitt, also known as A**pizza on some original designs.
Bynes said she and Babbitt are ‘working on doing a pop-up art show in December’ and that it ‘will have art and clothing’ in a statement to People.
The Nickolodeon star shared some images of her upcoming collection on her Instagram Stories.
‘My associate’s of art degree majoring in product development at FIDM paid off,’ she captioned the post.
Among the pieces was a t-shirt with a drawing of a woman, retailing for $60 on Babbitt’s website.
There was also a pair of shorts with black and red graphics, selling for $100.
She then posted one of her art pieces — featuring a crying woman with a star earring and the words ‘You broke my heart’ — writing, ‘I might do a holiday art show…’
The image appeared to be a self-portrait, as the woman had a heart-shaped tattoo under one of her eyes, just like Amanda.
The former Hollywood star graduated from California’s Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in 2019.
Back in October of 2022 she revealed that she was attending cosmetology school to become a manicurist.
However, this past April, Amanda explained that she hasn’t passed the board exam to obtain her manicurist license despite various attempts.
Her new fashion collaboration comes 14 years after Bynes retired from acting amid mental health issues and substance abuse.
The California-born star started out in the industry at the age of seven, and went on to become one of the biggest child actors of her generation.
She later transitioned to a teenage romcom queen, starring in a number of successful films, including She’s the Man, alongside Channing Tatum, in 2006.
In 2010 she declared on Twitter – at the age of 24 – that she would be retiring, writing that ‘being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem.’
The retirement was a short-lived one, and Bynes returned to work just a few weeks later, announcing she would star in the 2010 film Easy A, along with Emma Stone and Penn Badgley.
However, her career took a hit following a 2012 DUI arrest, culminating in her being charged with two misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run.
And her troubles didn’t end there, as the following year, the actress was placed under a nine-year-long conservatorship – following a continued struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues.

In 2019, Bynes checked into a mental health facility following a relapse.
The former child star had planned a Hollywood comeback in 2018, and that decision contributed to her relapse, it was reported at the time.
In 2022 Bynes’ conservatorship of nine years was terminated, after a judge ruled the legal arrangement was ‘no longer required.’
In 2023 she was placed on a psychiatric hold after being found naked and alone on the streets of downtown LA in the early hours of the morning.
