has revealed she felt her 'bone crunch' after she was bitten by an dog, as she broke her silence on the horrific attack.

The former Big Brother star, 47, who appeared in the seventh series of the  show, previously shared she was left in agony by the ordeal, adding she will be 'scarred for life.'

Aisleyne has now spoken about her ordeal for the first time, and called for a mandatory 'licence to own' big breeds.

The reality star revealed she was mauled by the animal while attending a pal's baby shower, and said the evening descended into 'absolute mayhem' in the wake of the attack.

She said: 'When he bit me, I felt the crunch on my bone.

'I heard it. It bit me right at the top where my collarbone is, and I heard it crunch. It was horrific, I'll be scarred for life.'

Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace has revealed she felt her 'bone crunch' after she was bitten by an XL Bully dog, as she broke her silence on the horrific attack

Speaking to The Sun, Aisleyne shared that she had previously met the dog, which the owner claims is a standard Bully not an XL one, once before.

She said when she arrived at the baby shower, she was concerned to see the animal was tied to the sofa, but he originally seemed playful as she knelt down to his level.

But Aisleyne then revealed that as she turned to leave the shower, the dog bit her 'out of nowhere,' and her panicked friends noticed her arm was 'pouring blood,' and rushed to call an ambulance.

She noted that the dog's owner seemed more concerned about the animal than her injuries, worried he would be 'put down' in the wake of the attack, so they decided against calling emergency services and drove to the hospital instead.

Aisleyne said: 'They've cleaned it out, stopped the bleeding, given me five antibiotics, and a tetanus, which made my arm go dead on the other side. And then I had to go back in four days to get my stitches.

'If they'd stitched me up immediately, I could have got septicemia if the infection had gone inside. So I had to walk around with gaping holes in my arm. It was horrible.'

Aisleyne went on to hit back at the 'diabolical' trolling she'd received online after sharing snaps of the attack on Instagram, saying she's now begun to suffer from PTSD in the wake of her ordeal.

Police are now involved in the incident, and Aisleyne has called for urgent, sweeping changes to the law regarding large breeds.

Last month Aisleyne shared she'd been rushed to hospital after being bitten by an XL Bully dog.

The former Big Brother star previously shared she was left in agony by the ordeal, and said she would be 'scarred for life'

She shared a picture with the dog and wrote 'just moments before he bit me' and told fans that the animal had bit down to the bone, which was now exposed.

Alongside the selfie with the XL Bully, she wrote: 'The few mins before he bit me Everyone knows I'm a dog mummy. I love dogs.

'This dog loved me, then for a split second for no reason he didn't… Please please please understand how to raise and how these babies can switch. I'm in agony and scarred for life.'

Once she was waiting in A&E, Aisleyne posted a photo beside her friend, and wrote: 'I've been bitten by an XL BULLY!!!!! You can see my f bone thank GOD for my girl'.

She later explained that the injury 'wasn't to her neck or face' and highlighted the importance of safety around big dogs.

It read: 'Thankful it wasn't my neck or face… Sad I'm scarred for life. Glad it wasn't a child and it was me… So conflicted.

'Dogs are pack animals they need you to be their leader. It makes them feel safe to know you are in control.

'If you let them do mad behaviour they will eventually execute that. Big dogs are so powerful… protect your kids it ain't a joke.'

Anyone that owns an XL Bully in the UK must have a valid Certificate of Exemption.

A Certificate of Exemption is an official document that allows someone to legally keep a dog that is otherwise prohibited under UK law, provided they meet legal conditions.

For an XL Bully in England and Wales, certificates were introduced after the ban came into effect.

Owners who already had an XL Bully before the relevant deadlines could apply for a certificate during the application window.

Earlier this year, Aisleyne revealed her hunky new boxer boyfriend as they kissed passionately while going official on social media in March.
