A Havering Council spokesperson told the Romford Recorder: ‘It certainly wasn’t your average Tuesday in Romford when we welcomed Stormzy and Headie One to film their music video for their new single Cry No More, which will be released in a few weeks.
‘We are committed to cementing our place as a hub for the creative sector, building on the Borough of Culture bid as well as identifying new ways to attract further income and interest to the borough.’
Elsewhere, Stormzy’s girlfriend Maya Jama recently took to social media to praise her ‘thoughtful’ boyfriend after he treated her to a relaxing spa day.
The session including an ice facial and a steamy sauna – and Maya shared a photo of herself unwinding in a canary yellow bikini.
