Rhian Sugden showed off the results of her breast reduction surgery in a plunging top on Monday in a before and after photo.
The glamour model, 38, went under the knife last month and went from a 32HH to a 32E cup size.
Giving and update to Instagram, she revealed how she has already improve her swimming due to her much more ‘streamlined’ figure.
Posing for a selfie in a yellow cami, Rhian said she had ‘never felt happier’ and was feeling much more confident.
She wrote: ‘Just a little after-and-before of the newly reduced (and very much perked-up) girls
‘6 weeks post-op now and I’m back swimming. I swam a mile and somehow did it 9 minutes quicker?! Coincidence? I think not. It’s got to be because I’m streamlined.’

She added: ‘Genuinely never felt happier. To all the people who said I’d be miserable, ruining my life or that my career would be over… sending you a bit of extra love today. I hope you’re doing well x’
Last week, the mother-of-one revealed how much of a difference the surgery had made.
In a video taken pre-surgery, she went braless in a white T-shirt as she outlined the shape of her breasts.
The video then cut to her wearing the same top post-surgery as she outlined her smaller breasts following her surgery.
She captioned the post: ‘Breast Reduction and uplift… Before + After. Couldn’t be happier! Look at the difference.’
Alongside the snap, she penned: ‘New Girls ❤️ I say new, they’re still the same ones just lifted.
‘For people genuinely interested in what surgery I had, it was an uplift and reduction. No implants. One of the best things I’ve done for me.’
Despite Rhian being happier than ever with her new figure, she revealed she had been inundated with messages from trolls criticising her decision.

In an Instagram Story that has since expired, she hit back at her critics as she revealed she had no concern with scarring and that she couldn’t understand why anyone felt the need to comment on her decision.
She added in a cheeky quip that the comments were coming from men who were ‘never going to touch or be near her breasts’, so it didn’t concern her.
Rhian previously revealed she feels ‘sexier than ever’ after losing 4lbs following her breast reduction surgery in a fresh update to fans on Saturday.
Showing off the results of her surgery for the first time, she posed in a pale blue bra and penned: ‘From a 32HH to a 32E – five whole cup sizes down and about a stone of boob-weight gone.
‘I can’t even explain how free I feel. No more back pain and better posture already. I feel like I could levitate. I feel lighter, comfier and I’m actually excited to wear tops that aren’t 98% scaffolding.
‘Massive love to Dr Hussain at Pall Mall the absolute GOAT of breast surgery. Not only is he a surgical genius and kind as hell but he made me feel totally safe from start to finish.
‘Huge boobs were a chapter. This is the plot twist. Stay tuned for the sequel.’
