In the caption, she emphasized, 'Staying strong, stretching, and smiling at 75. I love Pilates!'
Seymour showed off her mastery of multiple machines, including a traditional Pilates reformer.
The 5'4" beauty is a size 4 and recently told DailyMail she's been the same size since she was a teenager.
'I love the Mediterranean way of eating. It works so well and it tastes good. It includes a lot of delicious food like tomatoes, olives and fish,' she shared.
Another hack she lives by is having one big midday meal.
'I start the day with coffee and hard boiled eggs for protein, and it isn't until later, around lunch time, that I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it,' Seymour spilled.
'I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my backyard, which I love to use.'
