Zara McDermott Rocks Louis Tomlinsons Adidas Style!

Zara McDermott stole her boyfriend Louis Tomlinson's style as she sported a red tracksuit for a gym workout. 

The former Love Island star, 29, took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday and shared a snap of herself in matching jacket and bottoms.

Alongside the post, she wrote: 'I'm so over working out in leggings. Tracksuits all the way. 

'Also I did an advanced reformer class last night. I'm not advanced, maybe JUST intermediate. Why did I do that? I genuinely sometimes try and push myself TOO hard and it backfires.

'I hurt in muscles I didn't even know I had. I suppose years of training hard has paid off in some ways!'

It appears Zara may have taken a leaf out of her boyfriend Louis' book as he is often seen sporting a red Adidas jacket.

It comes after Zara took to her YouTube channel on Monday to share that she was heading for a full body MRI scan to get a grip on her health. 

But on her way to the appointment, Zara said there was a particular issue she was going to be asking the medic to check. 

Zara revealed that in recent weeks she had noticed a lump on her armpit, however said it felt more like a swollen gland. 

She said: 'I am... I wouldn't say I'm massively health anxious as such. I'm not health anxious, am I? Health conscious.

'I also have had this tiny little... it's not a lump... under, like, my armpit. I don't know if it's like a gland or something.

'Anyway, I'm going to ask them to scan that and check it. I slept not that well tonight so I am a tired girlie today.'

Discussing the scan, Zara said: 'Daisy [Tomlinson, the sister of Zara's partner Louis] and I are going to get a full body MRI scan. I don't know if anyone else has seen people advertising these on Instagram and stuff but I have. 

'And me and Dais were talking over Christmas, well we were talking about preventative health and getting on our A-game this year, and we got on to the subject of these scans. Both of us were like "Let's do it together".

'Now it's the end of January, it's taken like a month for us to get booked in actually, but we are going to go today and get our scan done. I'm kind of looking forward to getting the results.'

Sharing an update later in the video, she said: 'Hi guys, so I just had my scan, just finished it. So this is like the little garms they give you. This is the OOTD [outfit of the day]. 

'Yeah, I'm looking forward to getting my results. That was such a nice, clean, simple experience.'

Her latest health scare comes just over two years after she shared images of herself in hospital following a procedure to repair damage to her bones caused by the debilitating condition osteoporosis. 

In December 2023, she shared Instagram posts revealing that, despite the operation, doctors warned she would likely need further procedures involving metal screws and a plate to fuse her leg bones back together, following a tibia fracture.

Osteoporosis, which affects 3.5million people in the UK, makes bones fragile and more likely to break.

The condition develops slowly over several years and is often only diagnosed when a fall or sudden impact causes a bone to break. Nearly two-thirds of sufferers are women. 

Zara revealed her diagnosis in November 2023, telling fans she had the 'early signs' of the disease.  

'I recently found out I have early signs of developing osteoporosis (my mum and nan both have it!) so I started making switches to get more calcium in my diet,' she said in an Instagram clip.  

In an update about her condition, Zara posted to Instagram in March last year to reveal her tibia fracture was healing.

'The good news is that there is some small evidence of healing. Yay!', she shared. 'However, the bone surrounding the fracture is under a lot of tension/pressure... whatever that means.

'Surgery is still an option, but I've opted for the most natural route which is to try and help it heal on its own,' she added. 

Zara was fitted for a boot and used crutches for the next few months to give her body time to heal. 

She was previously told by doctors that it was likely she would need further surgery to help the healing process, but revealed there is now evidence of healing (pictured in hospital in December 2023) 

Hoping to recover in the most natural way possible, the star revealed in a post in March 2025 that she wants to avoid surgery and instead opted for crutches and a boot to take the pressure off her foot

She said: 'I've had to pull out of a few work things over the next few weeks, because I know I need to prioritise my leg healing, but I'm hoping this is the beginning of the end now.' 

It comes after she showed her support for boyfriend Louis Tomlinson as she shared a sweet photo dump on Instagram on Sunday.

In one photo, she included a touching shot of Louis performing on stage, captured from her spot in the audience. The collection also featured a series of glowing selfies, time with friends, as well as a cosy family meal.

The former Love Island star began dating Louis, 34, in March 2025, with the couple jetting to the Caribbean after spending their first Christmas together. 

The former One Direction star released his album on January 23, four years after the release of his last record, and it soared straight to the top of the UK charts.

Zara said that 'proud is an understatement' as she shared a sweet tribute to her boyfriend after his Number One single achievement.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Zara reshared Louis' celebratory post, which showed him proudly posing with his award, as she told followers she was incredibly proud of his achievement.

The reality star, who has been romantically linked to Louis since early 2025, penned in the post: 'NUMBER 1!!!!!!!!!!! Proud is an understatement. ❤️
