Vogue Williams Slams Conor McGregors Heinous Actions

has called out 'heinous' Conor McGregor after he was found liable for sexually assaulting a woman in a civil case.

The Irish TV personality, 40, shared her fury towards the MMA fighter, 38, on the latest episode of her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me as she raged 'Why are people still putting this grim man on a pedestal?'

Vogue questioned why McGregor, who boasts 46.6million Instagram followers, still has a supporting fanbase despite losing his civil lawsuit.

McGregor was found liable and ordered to pay around £187,000 ($250,000) damages to Nikita Hand who accused him of raping her at a hotel in Dublin in 2018. 

He denied the allegation and said he had 'fully consensual sex' with Hand. He also denied causing bruising to the plaintiff. 

McGregor subsequently launched an appeal on the basis of five grounds, one of which involved evidence that was withdrawn at a hearing in July. 

The jury found McGregor civilly liable for assault. In civil cases, a defendant is found liable or not liable. 

Years after the civil case, Vogue has shared her frustration towards those who are still supporting him. 

Vogue said: 'Do you know who is grim and who has so many followers and people that are like actually interested in following him is that complete t*****, .'

'The charges that are against him are heinous,' she fumed. 'They're just so bad what he did.'

'I don't understand if the rest of the world doesn't actually know that yet or else they're just pretending that they don't know it and they're still continuing to put this man on a pedestal. 

'It just makes me so sad that we're still there in the world that you'd be impressed by somebody like that.'

Her co-star Joanne McNally added: 'And when the women post these videos they get this onslaught from men and women saying "He hasn't been proved guilty yet or you know, wait until the trial" and all this mad stuff. It's all very strange.'

Speaking outside the court at the time, Hand said she had been 'retraumatised' by the appeal as she was 'over and over again, being forced to relive it'.

'To every survivor out there, I know how hard it is but please don't be silenced. You deserve to be heard. You also deserve justice. Today I can finally move on and try to heal.'

Hand had alleged that McGregor sexually assaulted her on December 9, 2018, and that another man, James Lawrence, did the same, Ireland's High Court heard over two weeks of evidence in 2024.

She said that she and a friend made contact with McGregor, who she knew, after a work Christmas party.

Hand said they were driven by McGregor to a party in a penthouse room of a south Dublin hotel where drugs and alcohol were consumed.

She said McGregor took her to a bedroom in the penthouse and sexually assaulted her.

Hand lost her lawsuit against McGregor's friend, Lawrence.
