Richard Wilkins and Son Stumble on Game Show

and his son Christian suffered an embarrassing gaffe on the game show Tipping Point on Wednesday night. 

The father-son duo appeared on a Celebrity Families special episode, competing against Rodger Corser and his daughter Zipporah, and and her sister Claire.

As the game heated up, Richard, 71, and Christian, 31, made a shocking mistake when host Todd Woodbridge asked them to name three South American countries that begin with a vowel. 

'We'll go with , Chile and Venezuela,' Richard said after deliberating with his son, leaving the audience confused as he named three countries that started with consonants.

Sylvia, 40, and her sister Claire laughed at Richard's mistake, savagely saying, 'We would have gone with the ones that start with a vowel,' when Todd asked if they would have answered the same.

'Oh, vowel!' Richard said as Christian put his hands up to his face, realising they had confused vowels with consonants. 

Despite the mishap, Richard and Christian managed to win an incredible $13,500 from the game show, which they donated to their chosen charity, Inala, which provides disability support. 

Christian turned out for the show in style, showing off his ripped muscles in a backless, silver halter-neck top. 

The model recently reflected on the life-changing fitness journey that transformed him from a runway waif to a gym-honed powerhouse.

He has been quietly undergoing a metamorphosis over the past few years, turning his back on the ultra-lean frame often demanded by the fashion world and embracing strength and muscle.

'For a long time, my modelling work leaned into my androgyny - runway and women's wear campaigns - so I tried to stay as lean as possible,' the influencer told Daily Mail.

'That meant long cardio sessions and lighter weights, more about toning than strength.'

In recent years, however, Christian has embraced his strength and allowed his body to gain size.

'Lifting heavy is now the focus, and I genuinely love it. I fought my changing body for a while, but accepting that I can't be a waif forever has been freeing,' he said.
