The outspoken MAFS star, 31, , has listed his sprawling Gold Coast estate after pouring thousands of dollars into renovating it.
Property records show the former soldier and property investor purchased the 635sqm, six-bedroom double-storey home at Clear Island Waters, for $2.5million in December 2025.

Tyson revealed the reason behind the sale was that the property was too big to maintain by himself.
'It's beautiful... it ticked a lot of my boxes as a forever home. I loved the character it had, that hybrid between a Federation and Hamptons style,' he told realestate.com.au.
'It would have been great to raise a family here, but I think a house of this calibre is too much to take on while I'm still single.'

Despite his failed reality TV romance, Tyson's property ventures appear to be flourishing.
The home is being marketed through a best offers campaign by Christine Demchenko and Oresti Astras of Astras Prestige Property.

'It had actually been vacant for 25 years – the original owner had won it for five bucks, it was an RSL prize home,' Tyson revealed.

The property investor from the arrived on the 2026 season looking for a 'submissive' wife - but recently clarified that this is no longer the case.
The outspoken star told 60 Minutes last month that while he still wants a traditional bride, submission is not required.
'So submissive was the wrong word to use. Traditional is the word I was looking for, the word I wanted to use,' he said.
'I'm not looking for a dog, I'm not looking to put my wife on a leash'.
Tyson still wants to be a 'provider and protector' and is looking for a 'trad wife' - but she will 'have time for herself'.
