The images, taken during a Mediterranean getaway in August last year, show the bikini-clad former model enjoying a sun-soaked escape with a group of wealthy jet-setters.
Among those joining her was Francesca Versace, the niece of designer Gianni Versace and daughter of Santo Versace, the former CEO of the Italian fashion house.
Francesca is part of one of fashion's most recognisable dynasties and has remained closely connected to the luxury world through her family name.
While she maintains a relatively private profile, she is a familiar face within Europe's elite fashion and society circles.
Kylie was also pictured spending time with Berna Uyanoglu Meehan, a Turkish businesswoman and philanthropist who is a regular fixture on the Mediterranean social scene.

The couple are often seen at high-end events and among the international jet set, with Patrick also joining the yacht holiday.
Kylie, Francesca and Berna were also photographed together at Scorpios Bodrum, one of Turkey's most exclusive beach clubs.
Another friend within Kylie's wider circle is Bella Hunter Friedman, a New York-based Australian socialite and musician who is married to American furniture entrepreneur Gary Friedman.
Bella, like Kylie, is no stranger to the high life, often attending VIP parties and fashion shows on the arm of her mega-wealthy partner.
In recent months she has been pictured rubbing shoulders with the likes of Sydney Sweeney, Theo James, Zoe Saldaña and Regé-Jean Page.

He married Meares and Baxter, with whom he had three children.
Packer previously credited Lim with helping him through a dark period of his life following his messy split with Carey in 2016 and battle with substance abuse.
'Kylie has been a wonderful influence on my life. I love her very much,' he previously told the Sydney Morning Herald.
No date has been confirmed for the planned wedding.
