Tim Blackwells Getaway Amid Restraining Order Drama

He made headlines last month after police took out an apprehended order against him to protect his ex-wife Monique. 

But star Tim Blackwell, 41, shrugged off controversy on Friday as he and much-younger girlfriend Lizzie Baxter, 28, packed the car for an weekend getaway. 

Tim and Lizzie were spotted smiling and joking together as they transported their belongings to a parked car, including a pet carrier. 

Looking relaxed, Tim dressed in a casual black T-shirt emblazoned with the band logo of and the Bad Seeds, paired with black Adidas shorts and a silver necklace. 

Lizzie, who is a content producer for Fitzy and Wippa, meanwhile sported a black off-the-shoulder top and blue Adidas trousers. 

She wore her blonde hair in natural waves and completed her look with hoop earrings. 

The sighting comes almost a month after Tim was slapped with an apprehended domestic violence order to protect his former wife.

Magistrate Alexander Mijovich granted an interim ADVO when the matter was brought before Newtown Local Court.

Monique, 45, a yoga instructor who shares three children with Blackwell, told the Daily Mail she did not ask police to apply for a restraining order against her former spouse, but also did not oppose it.

It followed incorrect reporting by some outlets, including Mumbrella, that suggested Monique had taken out the order herself, when in fact the application was from a Constable Goldstein on her behalf.

'I didn't request it. But it wasn't against my wishes,' she said in a brief statement on Friday. 

According to court documents seen by Daily Mail, the conditions of the ADVO prevent Blackwell, 44, from assaulting, harassing, threatening or intimidating Monique.

He is also not permitted to stalk his former wife, or 'intentionally or recklessly destroy or damage any property or harm an animal that belongs to or is in the possession of Monique Bavonia Blackwell'. 

The Daily Mail does not suggest Blackwell is alleged to have done any of these things, only that they are the standard conditions of an ADVO.
