Stephanie, 37, who married Jon, 49, last year, reposted two pictures that Collin had shared on the Fourth of July in which he expressed 'gratitude' for members of the US Armed Forces.
The images showed Collin, 22, at the wheel of a boat in Newport Beach, , wearing a contented grin beneath dark shades and sporting a blue-and-stars bandana.
'Love seeing you live the life you always deserved,' Stephanie wrote in the caption, with Toby Keith's Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue playing on the soundtrack.
'And again, LIVE YOUR LIFE!' she added, which some might see as a thinly veiled swipe at Kate, 51.
Collin - who has - has likewise shown support for Jon's new wife and his dad's previous girlfriend, Colleen Conrad, who he called his 'real mom' on Instagram in celebration of her birthday just hours after announcing his upcoming memoir, In the Shadow of Eight: Surviving the Reality of My Childhood.
