The actress, 55, is currently treading the boards with her leading role in Abigail's Party at the Harold Pinter Theatre but revealed she still squeezes in the time for self care.
Detailing a typical day in the life, she revealed she usually wakes up at 6am and skips breakfast in favour of coffee, explaining: 'It’s not something that I plan. I’m just not hungry in the morning, so I’m naturally somehow intermittently fasting.'
By 9am she's off to a zero-gravity Pilates or a HIIT class before heading back to spend 20 to 40 minutes meditating in her at home sauna.
There's no time for a rest, however, as Tamzin is then back out again to walk her dogs before treating herself to a midmorning cruffin [croissant muffins].
By 1pm it's time for lunch, and if she isn't cooking herself a meal she'll head off to her favourite pub - The Good Reader in Crouch End - where she's particularly fond of the pork belly.

When it comes to dinner, she'll rustle up a salad with meat, as she explained to The Telegraph: 'I’m trying to stay off bread and pasta because they make me sluggish.'
As for a post-dinner treat, it's time to look inside the liquor cabinet.
She shared: 'I’m trying to not drink wine at the moment. I love a glass of red but for me it’s always the cleaner the better.
'It would be tequila and soda, because it’s the cleanest alcohol and apparently it’s the only alcohol that isn’t a depressant.'
As well as sticking to a healthy diet and fitness regime, Tamzin recently underwent a £4,950 non-surgical treatment to maintain her youthful glow.
In February, Tamzin shared before and after pictures after having eight NeoGen nitrogen plasma facials over a year.

Speaking candidly about her journey, Tamzin shared the results while staying true to her conviction to avoid .
She said: 'When I looked in the mirror and I just could see that my face just never looked as good as it used to. At my age I know it's hard to avoid this but I'd really started to notice the difference and it was getting me down a bit.
'I'd also lost some weight and my face looked like it was sagging and dropping, so I decided to do some research on what could be done to improve things.'
Tamzin insisted it is important that she avoids injectables and surgery as she must have an expressive face to continue being a successful actress.

NeoGen is a non-invasive procedure that uses super-heated nitrogen gas to stimulate skin rejuvenation. It creates a controlled heating which tricks the skin into creating large amounts of collagen and elastin, proteins found in the body which give skin its youthful appearance.
Dr McMillan said: 'NeoGen was a good fit for Tamzin because her busy work schedule means she can't afford to have any down-time.
'She would often have filming and auditions which required her to look presentable just 24 hours after a treatment, and that is perfectly possible with NeoGen and so we managed to work around her many acting commitments.
'NeoGen treatments are relatively pain-free but at each session we would apply a numbing cream for 40 minutes prior to the procedure so that there was no discomfort.
'The NeoGen treatment itself would take around 30 minutes, and would cover her neck, top of her chest, and her whole face including around the sensitive eye area.'
Tamzin added that she asked Dr McMillan to focus on areas she was desperate to improve like her jawline and around her eyes.
The Wives actress added: 'After the first three treatments I could really see a major improvement, the general texture of the skin was improved, and where it had looked a bit dull and lifeless before it was now really radiant and more dewy.'
