All four astronauts - including commander Reid Wiseman - took part in the parody uploaded to NASA's social media accounts on Sunday, which featured each crew member grinning to the camera the way sitcoms do in the opening credits.
Pilot Victor Glover flashed a thumbs up while mission specialist #1 Christina Koch waved as her curly hair floated above her head in zero gravity.
Mission specialist #2 Jeremy Hansen busied himself with a nylon tarp, not looking at the camera, while Rise, a zero-gravity indicator designed by eight-year-old Lucas Ye of smiling with its little baseball cap on.
'We were doing scenes from bad 80s sitcoms when they introduce the cast of characters,' Wiseman explained.
'So that's why we did all those. And we are cracking up, up here.'

In the Instagram comments section, the 62-year-old eighties heartthrob reacted: 'Bad 80s sitcoms? Honored!'
Stamos famously portrayed Uncle Jesse Katsopolis in Full House from 1987-1995 and its Netflix reboot Fuller House from 2016-2020.
