Sarah Jessica Parker Spotted in Sloppy Sweatpants!

's bold fashion choices – and those of her Sex and the City alter ego Carrie Bradshaw - have made her a global fashion icon.

But the casual outfit she wore while out and about in on Tuesday proved that even a devoted fashionista can have an off-day.

The actress, 61, looked decidedly dour in baggy blue sweatpants, gray T-shirt and oversized gray cardigan, along with Ugg slip-ons.

Parker was also curiously weighed down by three large tote bags filled to the brim. 

The star, who earlier this week , seemed focused on the task at hand.

Fans of Sex and the City would have been shocked at the sloppy get-up, and Carrie, too, no doubt.

Parker and her costume designers Patricia Field, Molly Rogers and Danny Santiago, dressed Carrie in a unique sense of style that became her signature, from the pastel tutus and ab-baring crop tops, to the floral chokers and the Manolo Blahnik shoes.

The two-time Emmy winner told the December 2021 issue of Vogue that she kept every stitch of clothing and accessory in Carrie's closet.

'I had all of the original stuff in my own storage. Furniture, clothes, everything, packed according to season and episode and scene. I kept every single solitary thing,' she said.
