 was spotted on the Fourth of July as he filmed at the destroyed property where he lived with his family before their house was burned down in the Pacific Palisades fires.

Following his embarrassing mayoral primary loss, he resurfaced at the remains of his home and brought along a film crew to document how the devastating fires in LA over a year ago affected him personally.

He wore a graphic T-shirt, but one that parodied the popular LA-based streetwear brand Anti-Social Social Club, but the registered Republican's shirt had been changed to 'Anti-Socialist Social Club.'

He paired the top with jeans, and he took off his glasses before sitting down at a table set up amid the rubble to talk on camera. 

The reality TV personality appeared to be distraught as he presumably opened up honestly about the devastation he experienced. 

All the while, a cameraman filmed him beside the Airstream trailer that previously appeared in one of his viral campaign ads, though his claims to have been living in the trailer were later debunked after it was revealed that he had been .

The Daily Mail has reached out to Pratt's representative for comment. 

On the same day that he filmed the video, he had already edited and posted it.

In the clip, he made an impassioned, fiery speech about Independence Day and repeated talking points from his campaign.

After his bid for mayor proved futile, he conceded - but with harsh criticism and even vitriol. 

The former personality responded to his loss in the Los Angeles mayoral primary last month with a defiant, recalcitrant message before criticizing the remaining candidates.

His concession message offered no congratulations to his successors - the incumbent seeking reelection and her former political ally, the city councilwoman who made a last-minute move to join the race.
