A County Superior Court judge granted a default judgment in the amount of approximately $160,000 against Phypers, according to TMZ.
It comes after the so-called 'frequency medicine' practitioner was from Richards.
Perry, whose late wife Elina Katsioula-Beall had been a client of Phypers at his Malibu wellness center before her death from sarcoma in May 2024, sued Phypers in November 2024 for alleged fraud and breach of contract.
Katsioula-Beall had sought alternative 'stem cell treatment' at Phypers' wellness center in June 2023 when she didn't respond to her traditional medical treatments.
According to Perry's lawsuit, Phypers told his client that his center's stem cell treatment could cure her cancer or make it more bearable at the very least. Perry claimed Phypers promised a 98 percent success rate and a 50 percent refund if the treatment was unsuccessful.

The default judgment comes after Richards was ordered by another judge to pay Phypers $5k-a-month in spousal support
The treatment didn't work, so said Perry, whose wife asked for a refund of $63,000, half of what she had paid.
Phypers allegedly ignored Katsioula-Beall's requests for a refund and continued to dodge re-paying after she died.
His holistic healing center, Quantum 360, reportedly shuttered its doors in early 2025.

Phypers, 53, and Richards, 55, have been embroiled in a highly contentious divorce and legal battle since their separation in July 2024

Richards was also ordered to pay Phypers temporary spousal support of $5,000 a month 'commencing March 5, 2026, and continuing in a like manner until further order of the court.'
