Reese Witherspoon brought her son Deacon Phillippe with her to have dinner her financier boyfriend Oliver Haarmann in New York City on Tuesday.
DailyMail.com was the first to reveal this summer that the 48-year-old actress had struck up a romance with the 57-year-old German businessman.
The Legally Blonde star shares Deacon, 20, and her daughter Ava, 25, with her first husband Ryan Phillippe, her leading man in the 1999 movie Cruel Intentions.
She also co-parents a 12-year-old son called Tennessee with her second husband, former talent agent Jim Toth, whom she divorced last year.
Tuesday night marked the first time that Reese and and Oliver have been seen enjoying an outing with one of her children.

Deacon, Reese and Oliver exuded good cheer when they were seen this Tuesday evening meeting up for dinner in Manhattan.
Oliver beamed while having a conversation with Reese and her son in the restaurant before they settled down at their table.
Reese was similarly bright-spirited, grinning broadly while pointing out something just outside the restaurant, where she was seated near the window.
The trio sat down for a meal at Cafe Cluny, a French bistro in the fashionable West Village that has developed a reputation as a celebrity hot spot.
Reese demonstrated her typical winning street style in a New York black ensemble accented with a tan blazer and a complementary baseball cap.
Meanwhile Oliver went for a business casual look of a midnight blue suit and lighter bleu shirt, worn without a tie for a relaxed night out with his girlfriend.
Reese confirmed her new relationship early last month, publicly holding hands with Oliver as they enjoyed a stroll together in Manhattan.
She and Olivier were first seen out in New York in late July, and DailyMail.com exclusively reported they had been on multiple dates before.

However an insider remarked in early August that Reese was ‘taking things slow when it comes to dating,’ claiming that she was ‘friends’ with Olivier.
‘She enjoys it but doesn’t want it to be a big focus. She’s busy with work and her son. These are her biggest priorities,’ the source informed People.
Olivier is a founding partner of the private equity investment firm Searchlight Capital Partners and used to be a senior partner at the global investment firm KKR & Co.
He has two children with his ex-wife Mala Gaonkar, 54 who is now romantically involved with Talking Heads frontman David Byrne, 72.
Reese and Ryan got married in 1999 just three months after the release of their teen drama Cruel Intentions, which also starred Sarah Michelle Gellar and Selma Blair.
At the time of their wedding, Reese was already pregnant with Ava, and they then welcomed Deacon in 2003 before divorcing in 2008.
In 2011 Reese went down the aisle with Jim Toth, who as an agent represented such A-list names as Scarlett Johansson and Matthew McConaughey.
They announced their separation in March 2023, just two days before they would have celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary.

Insiders subsequently claimed that gossip had been circulating for months that the marriage was on the verge of collapse, via Page Six.
On April Fool’s Day last year it emerged that Reese had filed for divorce in Nashville, citing irreconcilable differences, according to TMZ.
Reese and Jim’s lifestyles were said to have diverged, as her Hollywood renaissance was flourishing and he preferred more relaxation, per People.
A source said Jim, who used to be at CAA but left in 2019 to work at the short-lived streamer Quibi, was more ‘laid-back’ while Reese was ‘headstrong and focused.’
‘They’ve been spending less and less time together while she was working,’ said one insider, as another claimed: ‘She has her hand in a lot of pots; he prefers less frenzy.’
Reese has a formidable list of projects in the pipeline, not only as an actress but also a producer – a role she has thrown herself into with gusto.
Her upcoming releases include a third season of her hit HBO series Big Little Lies, as well as a third Legally Blonde movie.
