Nicola Peltz Mimics Victoria Beckhams Iconic Pose

channelled her estranged mother-in-law 's signature pose in a new snap she shared on Tuesday. 

The actress, 31, has taken on her most demanding role to date in the upcoming indie drama Prima where she plays a ballerina.

To fully embody her character, Nicola committed to a strict diet and an intensive training regimen.

The Bates Model star shared a photo of herself kicking her leg in the air along with another where she didn't quite manage it.

But the pose was noticeably similar to Victoria Beckham's famous leg kick she has done in photos many times over the years. 

In Prima, Nicola takes on the lead role of Margo, portraying a ballerina, and her physical transformation in recent months has raised eyebrows.

A synopsis for the movie teases: 'As events unfold, Margo begins to question if the choices made in life are really worth it in the end, a question so many face as difficult decisions can change your life.' 

Nicola, who last appeared in the 2024 film Lola, chose to lose the weight on her own terms and has ruled out the use of weight-loss injections such as Ozempic.

A source told The Sun: 'Nicola was committed to getting things exactly right for this role and it just proves her determination and dedication.'

They continued: 'There was also no way she was ever going to use the fat jab and so she's done the work all herself.

'There had been speculation about why she had been losing weight, especially given the recent events in her personal life but now everything makes perfect sense.'

Since October, Nicola has been teasing her new role on Instagram for her fans, revealing she is taking ballet lessons for a new project.   

Nicola is not on speaking terms with her in-laws after her husband Brooklyn Beckham's explosive statement about their estrangement.

Victoria and her husband David haven't spoken to Brooklyn since last May, when he and his wife Nicola Peltz snubbed the former footballer's 50th birthday celebrations.

Brooklyn and Nicola's lawyers wrote to the Beckhams' legal team demanding that they only converse through them.

Shortly before Christmas, Brooklyn blocked his parents on Instagram, and in January, he posted a brutal, bombshell six-page letter on the social media platform.

He claimed David and Victoria controlled him for most of his life, tried to split him and Nicola up and left him embarrassed when his mother danced 'inappropriately' with him during his first dance at his wedding.

Brooklyn appeared to take a swipe at his estranged family in his gushing four-year anniversary card to Nicola earlier this month.

He shared a card he had sent to Nicola which read: 'Happy 4 year anniversary baby I love you with all my heart.

'We have been though so much together but today we are stronger than ever and you are my best friend.

'I can't wait to grow old together with you. Love you so much x.'

Brooklyn captioned his Instagram Story: 'Happy anniversary @nicolaannepeltzbeckham x love you with all my heart. Can't wait to stay young with you xx love you so much x.'
