The star, 34, shared the clip on Wednesday which showed herself and Rox lip-syncing.
After Marnie mimed: 'We're back baby', Rox then mimed: 'We're f*****g back'.
While the video was meant to be light-hearted fun, some took to the comments to express their disgust that she was encouraging her son to swear on camera.
They wrote: 'Hate to see kids swearing' and 'Oh noooo isn’t he only 6 years old.'
Another added: 'gross'. Another follower said: 'He actually doesn't look to be swearing if you lip read'.

Marnie shares three children with her husband, Casey Johnson: sons Rox and Oax, three, and daughter Kixee Moon, who is nearly one.
Back in May, it was reported the television personality had quit Geordie Shore just as filming for series 28 was about to start.
The publication revealed only six cast members are confirmed to be returning: , , Jay Gardner, , and Ricci Guarnaccio.
Meanwhile Marnie was said to have quit the Paramount+ series alongside James Tindale, Abbie Holborn and Chloe Ferry.
The remaining cast members - Chantelle Connelly, Kyle Christie and Nathan Henry - are said to be on the fence about whether to return, according to The Sun.

A source told the publication that, except for the six confirmed returnees, the other cast members received an ultimatum: agree to a pay cut and less screen time, or lose their role on the show.
They revealed the group were called into a meeting and informed they would appear in six episodes rather than 10 - meaning a 5% pay cut.
The source claimed these cast members were 'given a deadline to sign the new agreement' - and told they would not be invited back if they did not.

Furthermore, this has also allegedly caused a divide among the line-up, who were left wondering why the six returnees were treated differently.
The source said: 'The others are furious.
'Some of them are speculating that the pay cuts are how the show plans to cover the costs of getting Gaz and Aaron to return.
'The general feeling among those not in the 'safe' camp is that they are nothing to bosses.
'There are predictions this is the end of the show.'
Daily Mail contacted Paramount+ for comment at the time.
