The Ozark actress, 32, sparked split speculation when she was seen without her wedding ring on the set of Tyrant in New York last month.
Julia has been busy filming the high-stakes psychological thriller directed by David Weil for Amazon MGM Studios alongside and .
Sources are said to have confirmed their marriage has ended to People.
The couple kept their relationship mostly out of the spotlight and were last pictured together in October last year at Vogue World's after-party.
They got engaged in April 2019 after just 10 months of dating.
They had traveled to Flathead Lake where Mark, 42, her up early one morning to take her to the water and pop the question.

'He read me a poem he had written to me, and when he finished, he dropped to a knee and asked me to marry him,' she told Vogue at the time.
They tied the knot in New York City in December that year.
A day after getting the official part done, Julia and Mark celebrated with friends and extended family at Tribeca's Locanda Verde. Afterwards, everyone got shuttled to the Public Hotel for cake and dancing.
There, Mark showed his love for his new bride with a new song called Lovers In A Stream, which she called 'the most beautiful present.'

Julia is best known for starring as Ruth Langmore in Netflix crime drama Ozark and in taking on the lead role in Netflix hit Inventing Anna while Mark sings and plays keyboards in Foster The People, currently a quartet.
The actress has just been nominated in the Critics Choice Super Award for the Best Actress in a Superhero Movie for her role in The Fantastic Four: First Step.
Julia previously admitted she almost quit acting before finding success as Ruth in Ozark.
She told Vanity Fair magazine: 'When I was 21, I had a pretty dry year. This was before I booked 'Ozark'. It wasn't a great year for me as an actor.
'I felt a little hopeless. I wasn't getting jobs for a few months. It was really hard.

'I remember thinking, If I'm still in the same place in five years, I don't want to do this.

'It's a really hard business and there are other businesses out there other than acting. I was still young at the time, but it's tough because in the acting world, 21 is young, but it's not so young. You're not 16 or 17 anymore. You're not the bright, shiny new toy, and this business relies on shining. They love a shiny new toy.
'I booked Ozark and I kept pushing because I felt like I still had a lot to do.'
However, the Dirty John actress went on to explain that she decided she 'wasn't good' at many other things so found the impetus to continue with her career despite the setbacks.
She told Vanity Fair magazine: 'So I'm going to be honest: I'm not good at a lot of things, so I was like, 'This acting thing better work out.' I'm somewhat decent at acting. And I just continued to have the stamina, worked really hard, and not have entitlement. '
