Kerry Katona Criticizes Katie Prices Choices

has responded to claims that 's new husband punched her boyfriend Paolo Margaglione in back in March. 

Kerry, 45, and Paolo, 43, had joined Katie, 47, and Lee, 42, on their honeymoon. 

Paolo was said to have taken umbrage with the 'aggressive' way Lee was talking to Katie and when he confronted him, Lee allegedly punched him. He denies this.

And during a new interview on Paul C Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast, Paul held up a photo of the four of them taken while they partied on the trip. 

Paul said: 'Now you could say as much or as little as you want, but as a good I know interviewer, I have to present... [Paul shows picture of Kerry, Katie, Paolo, and Lee]” 

Paolo said: 'I know what this is, it’s going to be four of us, I knew it!'

Kerry, who is still best friends with Katie has unfollowed Lee on Instagram but has chosen to say little on the subject out of respect for her friend - although she did not deny the altercation took place. 

She said: 'I have no comment. I am not giving this any oxygen. There you go, that’s it. I love Kate to bits.'

Paolo added: 'I really love Kate, I think she’s amazing, that’s all I have to say, that’s it.'

Kerry hinted at her feelings towards Lee and said: 'That's it, I’m not giving it any oxygen. I don't agree with all the choices she makes. End of.'

It's clear both Kerry and Paolo think the world of Katie and simply want the best for her. 

Paolo said: 'Kate one on one as a person is amazing. I’ve met her enough times to make a judgment of her. 

'I think she's an incredible person. I really do. I think she wants to be loved. I think she deserves to be loved. 

'I really, genuinely, sincerely mean that and I think she's an amazing person. And Kerry speaks nothing but good about Kate.'

And Kerry gave another hint as to why she was keeping quiet about the small details of what happened. 

She said: 'We’re gonna leave it there. It's not my story to tell Paul, either.' 

Katie shocked fans after tying the knot with Lee following a 'week long romance.

Kerry and Paolo jetted off to the UAE for a sun-kissed Valentine's Day trip, where they joined Katie and her new husband. But Paolo flew home after just 14 hours following the alleged punch-up.

The alteration was said to have happened when Paolo deemed Lee to be talking to Katie in an 'aggressive manner'. 

Kerry wasn't said to be present when the alleged row took place but heard about it from Paolo. 

'Lee was having some cross words with Katie. Paolo then appeared and stepped in. Lee seemed to be very angry and was shouting at him,' a source told The Sun. 

'It all got very heated and Lee threw some punches and one of them landed Paolo square on the head. It was crazy to see this play out. The situation seemed to be pretty heated but then it erupted very quickly. It all happened so fast.'

Paul first brought up Katie's name during the interview when he said: 'Can we talk about you and Katie? Because I think that many people would say, "I don't even understand how these two are friends”.'

Kerry replied: 'Really? Can I explain something about me and Kate, we're very different people, I think you know that. 

'But our lives are very mirrored, and I don't think there's anybody in this industry who understands what I've been through like Kate, and no-one understands what Kate's been through like I do. 

'Five children, three husbands, both been bankrupted, both done the drugs, both glamour models, so we understand that and we get that. When we’re together banter is great but we are very different people. 

'I love Kate, I want nothing more than amazing things to happen for her, and I'll always be there for Kate, and I wish nothing but happiness for her. But we are different people in that respect in a lot of things. 

'I liked to have thought that when we're doing the tour, I actually noticed the more the tour got on Kate repeating things I've been saying, I actually sat back quite proud. 

'I was like look at you laughing because, you know, I'm listening to everything that I said, you know when I'm motivational, talking about myself, Kate then starts repeating as the tour is going on, I was like oh she’s listening, this is great because that was the whole point. 

'I wanted people to see the Kate that I knew and all this. And we had a great time. We had so many laughs, I really got to know Kate on the tour.'
