'I have recordings of you screaming at your dad because he hasn't taken you on vacation, screaming that he didn't buy you a car,' Dodd said. 'Do you remember those recordings that I saved? I have those and I am gonna publicly put them out there. Do you understand?'
She continued, 'You're going to look like a fool, you dumb little girl. You're stupid, OK, for even thinking that you're gonna win. I'm sorry you have mental illness.'
Dodd later took to Instagram to explain the clip, saying she had been quoted out of context by unreliable sources.
'Just remember when you hear others popping off, spreading false information and damaging innuendo against me, consider the source and their agenda,' she said.
Dodd added, 'There’s a lot of BS circulating in the media about me and I wish I could address it all but I can’t now… but I will soon and the truth will knock your socks off.
'Love you guys and really appreciate all the support and understanding you’re [sending] my way.'
She said in an adjacent reel, 'Everybody wants me to talk about what is going on, and I’m going to.
'And when I do, you guys are going to die when you hear the whole story. Not right now. I can’t right now. But it’s going to be shortly, you watch. And you will learn the truth.'
