Kellie Pickler sold the home she shared with her late husband Kyle Jacobs 15 months after he passed away.
Six months after first listing the property for nearly $3 million, the 37-year-old country singer finalized the sale of the four-bed and five-bath, custom-built home for $2.3 million.
The 4,875 square foot, Tudor-style house is the longtime marital home the couple lived in together and where Jacobs took his own life at age 49 in February 2023.
Nearly nine months after his tragic death, she put the house up for sale for $2.89 million and later reduced the offer to $2.6 million in March in an effort to offload the property.
The American Idol alum, who rose to fame after she finished in sixth place on the fifth season, previously purchased the property for $1.43 million in January 2010 — just one year before she married the music producer.

The property features a spacious backyard with a terraced porch and swimming pool.
The house also has a two-story fireplace in the living room and a sizable kitchen with a center island.
There is also a wine cellar and media room as well as laundry rooms on each level.
Previously, Pickler and Jacobs started dating in 2008.
Two years later, the couple got engaged in Florida and tied the knot the following year during a surprise wedding ceremony on a private island in the Caribbean.
The pair had been married for 12 years before Jacobs’ death.
Half a year after his passing, Pickler broke her silence for the first time while grieving the tragic loss of her husband.
In a statement shared with People, she shared advice Jacobs had previously shared with her.

‘One of the most beautiful lessons my husband taught me was in a moment of crisis,’ she wrote. ‘”If you don’t know what to do, do nothing. Just be still.” I have chosen to heed his advice.’
She also shared her gratitude for the outpouring of love and condolences she had received during the difficult time.
‘Thank you to my family, friends, and supporters, for the countless letters, calls, and messages that you have sent my way,’ she said.
‘It has truly touched my soul and it’s helping me get through the darkest time in my life. As many of you have told me, you are all in my prayers.’
That fall she also said she would be holding an ‘intimate memorial’ for her husband.

The toxicology report found no drugs in his system, though it stated that Jacobs had a history of ‘pseudoseizures, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated liver enzymes, and chronic alcohol use.’
According to a statement by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, authorities responded to a call at 1:21 p.m. on February 17 when Pickler couldn’t find her husband when she woke up and was unable to open the upstairs bedroom.
Last month on April 22, Pickler made her first stage appearance since Jacobs’ death and performed in Nashville at the Walkin’ After Midnight: The Music of Patsy Cline concert.
Dedicated to her dearly departed, she performed The Woman I Am, a song she co-wrote with her late husband.
‘The last time I was here in the Ryman Auditorium was with him on a date night,’ she said. ‘And I know he is here with us tonight.’
