Posing in a slick black suit, the actor held hands with the visual artist, who kept things low-key in a chic grey coat and an all-black ensemble underneath.
They were joined at the movie's unveiling by his co-stars , and who wrote, directed and stars in the film.
Earlier in the evening, the couple wore the same outfits while arriving at The Late Show With , for Keanu's appearance on the show.
