Katie Price Unveils Stunning Platinum Wig Makeover

has revealed she is planning a glamorous makeover after years of having jet black hair. 

Taking to Instagram on Monday, the former glamour model, 48, shared a snap in a platinum wig and asked fans whether she should go back to being blonde. 

Katie showed off her long hair as she posed in the garden in a backless halterneck dress. 

She said: 'Let's see if blondes really do have more fun.

'I'm about to change my colour from being jet black for so many years but I can't decide what colour I should go...'

Fans shared their opinions in the comment section. They wrote: 'I loved the OG Jordan hair. The mix of blonde and caramel. A warmer colour but get it done really good.'

The makeover comes as Katie's husband has reportedly been arrested again just a month after his release from prison Al Awir. 

The businessman, 42, is said to have been taken by police to Lahab police station in the Dubai desert on Friday and is scrambling to raise a £120,000 fine.

A source revealed that Lee had told a pal: 'They’ve arrested me. Katie might need to bail me out. We need to make a noise with a Go Fund Me.'

They added to The Sun: 'Lee had been stressed out in the days leading up to his arrest as he needed to raise money he believed he owed.'

Katie is currently in the UK after the release of her Sky documentary earlier this week and an appearance on This Morning where she continued to defend her marriage. 

The Daily Mail has contacted Katie's representatives for comment. 

It hasn't been an easy few months for the couple, after he was released from Al-Awir prison four weeks ago where he was detained due to fraud allegations, although he insists he was captured at gunpoint after being suspected of espionage. 

In an Instagram post, Lee continued to insist there is 'not one shred of evidence' that he has been charged with fraud, hitting out at his ex fiancée Alana for spreading the story.

He claimed he was 'taken to the Qatar border by the men, at gunpoint and was captured by men with assault rifles' before adding: 'They did slap me round a little bit, little s***s.'

Lee has also been accused by multiple exes of conning them, most recently being accused of taking £5,000 from a 'vulnerable woman' in another alleged scam.

He has denied being involved in any cons. 

Lee then set the internet alight when he seemingly disappeared into thin air, after Katie initially claimed he had been kidnapped. It then emerged Lee was being held at Dubai's notorious Al Awir prison.

The Daily Mail revealed in January that Lee took out a £200,000 mortgage in his ex Dina Taji's name without her knowledge.

She then took legal action against him, resulting in Lee being slapped with a travel ban from Dubai. Dina has refused to talk publicly about Lee, but agreed to meet up with Katie recently to warn her about staying with her husband.

Meanwhile, his ex Crystal Janke, 40, claimed Lee hoodwinked her into handing over £123,000 to invest in his company, on the promise he could get a 'return of £1million', with his ex-fiancée Alana Percival also issuing warnings on social media. 

Lee has denied the allegations.
