Posting to the Married At First Sight expert's Instagram account on Monday, Gareth uploaded a joyful photograph from their wedding day, capturing the newlyweds sharing a kiss beneath a shower of pink and white confetti.
The emotional image also featured the couple's daughter Madison, dressed in a white tulle flower girl dress, as Gareth held the youngster in his arms during the celebrations.
Although the post appeared on Mel's Instagram page, it was shared by Gareth, who has continued using the account to honour his late wife following her death from in March.
The touching tribute prompted an outpouring of support from Mel's Married At First Sight family.

One fan, who revealed they are living with stage four brain cancer, wrote: 'Mel was such an inspiration to me. Sending you love.'

The poignant anniversary post comes just days after Married At First Sight Australia farewelled one of its most beloved stars with an emotional on-air tribute.
While viewers tuned in expecting explosive confrontations and unresolved drama, many admitted they were left in tears after the Nine series closed with a moving montage celebrating Mel's extraordinary life and career.

Mel tragically died in March aged 54, just days after revealing her cancer had spread to her brain.
The Australian psychologist and relationship expert was first diagnosed with colon cancer in 2023 after doctors discovered a tumour she famously described as being 'the size of a lemon'.
