Supermodel has spoken candidly about his battle with mental health conditions including body dysmorphia.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph this week, the Australian catwalk star, 29, revealed body image concerns are rampant within the modelling industry - and he is no exception.

Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is a condition where a person is obsessively preoccupied with perceived flaws in their appearance.

'I'm around some of the most beautiful people in the world and they all think that they're horrific looking,' Jordan, who has been modelling since he was a teenager, explained.

'I've gone through that, I think I've got body dysmorphia to a sense where I always think I'm too skinny and that's because I would be given, I think, a size 28 pair of pants and I'm a six-foot-three boy (size 32 pant),' he continued.

'I've never been able to fit a sample size my entire career. I wasn't sample size when I was given number one model status that would fit these clothes that were sample size so I was always having to hide my height … but whatever it took for the booking.'

Elsewhere in the interview, Jordan admitted he took over two years break from modelling while he was battling with anxiety and an ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) diagnosis.

Jordan described struggling to concentrate due to his ADHD, admitting he has to read a book four or five times while listening to an audiobook to get through it.

Jordan's confession comes after the strapping blond was at the centre of concerns over his gaunt appearance.

Jordan left many of his fans worried when he  looking incredibly gaunt in the face.

He later revealed why he has lost so much weight.

The catwalk star said he was training for another marathon in an Instagram post earlier that month.

He said at the time he would be taking part in the Vienna Marathon to raise funds to recover missing children.

'Countdown, Vienna marathon, 60 Days. This time I'll be running to raise funds for LDA Les Disparus Anonymes,' he captioned pictures of himself training.
