Jennifer Anistons $21M Mansion Becomes Ultimate Zen Den

Jennifer Aniston has gone full 'Zen' for love, remaking her $21million Bel Air mansion into a serene retreat for her hypnotist boyfriend, exclusive Daily Mail photos reveal.

Just four months after going Instagram-official with hunky guru Jim Curtis, 50, Aniston has expanded her tranquil Japanese rock garden to suit his Zen lifestyle.

Designed for quiet contemplation, the garden features carefully positioned rocks surrounded by a bubbling water pot-styled fountain, a white Japanese stone pagoda and black gravel raked into circular patterns - an idyllic meditation spot for the spiritually inclined couple.

In addition to the Asian-inspired corner, Aniston, 57, added a large sun dial clock that adorns the pool house wall.

Black queen-sized loungers seated next to a large potted bonsai tree offer another tranquil outdoor space on the porch.

A small, intimate seating area for two, centered around a candle and surrounded by beaked yucca, a tree-like succulent, provides the perfect spot for romantic date nights.

Exclusive Daily Mail photos show Aniston has added personal touches for Curtis' spiritual journey, including an expanded Japanese rock garden, a new art installation by the pool and fresh bonsai plants

Meanwhile, a massive barbecue near the pool makes the area ideal for entertaining friends.

Curtis, a hypnotherapist with more than two decades in the wellness space, can also enjoy the lush backyard, where sweeping green lawns spill toward a sun-drenched rectangular pool, a spacious wooden sundeck and the pool house.

Despite a well-documented home intrusion scare last year, Aniston continues to call the sprawling 10,000 square foot property her main residence in California.

She spends much of her downtime there with Curtis, who splits his time between Los Angeles and New York.

Aside from her personal touches, the core of the property remains unchanged, including the luxury kennel and playground for her three beloved dogs: Clyde, a Schnauzer mix; Lord Chesterfield, a Labrador retriever adopted in 2020; and Sophie, a white pit bull mix.

Purchased in 2011 and once shared with ex-husband Justin Theroux, Aniston's Bel Air mansion has become her personal paradise since their divorce in 2018 after three years of marriage.

Aniston, who once swore she was content being childless and enjoying the company of her dogs, appears to be going strong with her new beau.

The lovebirds were spotted together in exclusive Daily Mail photos arriving at Godmothers Bookstore in Summerland in early January, staying close as they stepped out of their SUV.

They appeared relaxed and low-key as they headed inside for Curtis's two-hour wellness event, though he was seen limping toward the front of the vehicle while clutching a clipboard and notepad, as a female bookstore employee hurried over to greet him.

Curtis has previously revealed that when he was just 22, doctors discovered lesions on his spinal cord, a condition that sometimes forces him to rely on a cane and makes walking difficult.

The couple also celebrated their first Valentine's Day together, with Aniston sharing a photo of herself clutching a box of Sweethearts and Curtis visible in the background.

Their romance has only gotten stronger since last year, with the pair making it Instagram official in November 2025 when Curtis celebrated his 50th birthday.

Aniston, who was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005 and Theroux from 2015 to 2018, first sparked romance rumors with Curtis in 2025, when they were glimpsed vacationing together in Mallorca, Spain, over the Fourth of July weekend.

Curtis also told the Today Show in January that they have been dating for 'close to a year.'

Their relationship took another step forward in September 2025 when he supported her at the season three premiere of her Apple TV+ drama The Morning Show.

Although Aniston generally keeps her relationships private, the star gushed about Curtis in a November interview with Elle.

'Hypnotism is one of the many things that he does. He's quite extraordinary, and helps many, many people,' Aniston said.

'He's very special, very normal, and very kind, and wants to help people heal, move through their trauma and stagnation into clarity. It's a beautiful thing to commit your life to.'
