Jane Seymour recently said 'the 70s are the new 50s' and we can see what she means.

The film star still looks the same as she did 25 years ago in a new image posted to Instagram this week.

The 75-year-old actress was slender with a youthful glow as she posed in a low-cut pink bathing suit while in the backyard of her Malibu mansion.

Not only did she have a small waistline, but her arms and legs were toned too while posing by her swimming pool.

'Only five weeks until summer, and already nature seems to be quietly preparing for it☀️,' wrote the British star in her caption.

This comes after the star told the Daily Mail that she really eats only one big meal a day, adding snacks here and there, which helps her keep her weight down to an impressive size four.

It's all about the afternoon meal, it turns out.

'At lunch time I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it,' she said after admitting she skips breakfast opting for just a cup of coffee.

'I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my back yard which I love to use,' she added of her mini Malibu farm.

Later in the day the star loves to snack on nuts like pistachios, cold veggies like cucumbers and celery, and hummus.

'I do love nuts,' she said. 'I am a savory person, I like the salt.'

The Dr Quinn Medicine Woman actress has been leading a very healthy lifestyle for decades.

'Being healthy just feels good, it keeps me going, it gives me energy,' said the Body Firm spokesperson.

And that means the Live And Let Die actress does not follow a strict diet and she stays away from drugs like Ozempic to stay thin.

'People ask me if I have a cheat day with my diet and I respond that I am never on a diet, I just make good choices and stick with them,' said the cover girl.

'If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat,' Jane told the Daily Mail.

'But if you find healthy foods you really love, that make you feel good, you never feel shorted.' She also stays active by lifting light weights and doing Pilates. 'You have to keep moving!' she added.

Seymour shared last month that one of her favorite habits was to exercise: 'Movement is one of those things for me. Even 20 minutes a day can make such a difference physically and mentally.'

She also said, 'It doesn’t have to be perfect or intense. Studies have shown that even small, consistent movement can boost your mood and energy more than doing too much all at once. I’m trying to focus on showing up, not overdoing it.'

And she also uses Crepe Erase daily on her skin to make it glow. She told the Daily Mail that 'exfoliating first then adding the cream' is vital.

This treatment is specially designed to give you more hydrated, youthful-looking skin.

This cream features a special formula that includes peptides and a mix of moisturizers to help boost elasticity in your skin.

'Nobody thinks of the skin beneath their neck,' she said.

'They're so obsessed with getting rid of a wrinkle or a line on their face that they forget the dead giveaway to age is basically your neck, your décolletage, your arms … the dry skin on your shins and your feet.'

The designer also has a chic scarf line.

On Friday she took to Instagram to show off a new design. 'The Quinn Legacy scarf is finally available online and I’m so excited to share it with all of you. ✨

'This one feels especially meaningful to me, and I know so many Dr. Quinn fans have been waiting for it. And as a little Memorial Day weekend treat, all scarves are 20% off with code MEMORIAL through May 26 at midnight.
