Yet looked practically unrecognisable when she made a rare appearance at the F1 Grand Prix of Great Britain at Silverstone Circuit on Sunday.
Fans were quick to weigh in on the star's new look, saying she looked 'completely different' to before.
So why does Adele look so different?
While she famously lost 100lbs in 2020, cosmetic experts believe that the Someone Like You singer may also have dabbled in a few tweakments.
Dr Alma Kamenica told The Daily Mail that it's 'important to remember that significant weight loss alone can dramatically change the face', yet noted that may also have played a part in her new look.

Dr Alma explained: 'It’s possible that subtle treatments such as Botox may have been used to soften expression lines, while small amounts of dermal filler or collagen-stimulating injectables could help restore volume that is often lost following weight reduction.

'However, these are simply possibilities based on how these treatments are commonly used, and there’s no way of confirming whether Adele has had any aesthetic procedures.
'Whatever her routine, the overall result looks balanced, natural and very much in keeping with her own features. Adele looks fantastic.
'If someone has experienced substantial weight loss, it’s common to see some loss of facial volume and skin laxity.
'Many people choose non-surgical skin tightening treatments such as Morpheus8 Burst to help stimulate collagen production, improve skin firmness and maintain definition without changing their natural features.'
Meanwhile cosmetic surgeon Dr Paul Banwell said: 'Changes in facial contour, skin quality and overall facial harmony can sometimes reflect a combination of natural ageing, weight fluctuations, expert skincare, makeup, lighting and, in some cases, carefully performed non-surgical or surgical treatments.
'In patients seeking subtle rejuvenation, common options may include anti-wrinkle injections to soften dynamic lines, conservative use of dermal fillers to restore age-related volume loss, skin-boosting injectable treatments, collagen-stimulating therapies, laser resurfacing or radiofrequency skin tightening to improve skin texture and firmness.
'Where significant weight loss has occurred, facial volume loss can become more noticeable as the fat pads of the face diminish, which may create a more hollow or drawn appearance.

'Adele’s well-publicised weight loss is one example of how substantial changes in body weight can naturally alter facial proportions, making the face appear leaner and, in some cases, older, even without any cosmetic intervention.'
Adele fans first noticed her transformation in 2020 when she showed off her lost 100lbs (seven stone) weight loss in an Instagram post marking her birthday

Adele previously revealed that she 'got quite addicted' to working out and began exercising two to three times a day (pictured in 2020)

The mother-of-one later revealed that she'd suffered a backlash to her weight loss, but insisted that they didn't bother her.
Speaking to Oprah Winfrey on a CBS Special, she mused: 'I wasn't shocked or even fazed by it - my body has been objectified my entire career.

'Am I too big or am I too small, am I hot or not or whatever, I never looked up to anyone because of their body.
'I was body positive then and I'm body positive now. But it's not my job to validate how people feel about their bodies.'
She added that she feels bad if her weight loss, 'made anyone feel horrible about themselves, but that's not my job. I'm trying to sort my own life out.'
Adele went on to note that she doesn't care if she loses or gains weight, and her favorite place to be is lifting weights, adding that she has gotten up to 160 pounds on her dead lift, and it started at 10 pounds.
The singer, who also enjoys boxing classes, revealed in 2022 that she'd also taken up hiking in order to prepare herself for her Vegas residency.
Speaking on stage at Caesars Palace, she told the crowd: 'Guess what I’ve started doing - I've started hiking.
'I really like it. I put my headphones on and get on with it. I’m out of breath. This is a stadium-sized theatre, it’s quite a walk.'
