Indy Clinton has never been one to shy away from making a statement.

But the influencer's latest fashion choice has divided fans after she arrived at the Federal Court alongside husband Ben Azar wearing a bright T-shirt emblazoned with an eye-popping slogan.

The 28-year-old turned heads on Monday, when she stepped out in wearing a fitted tee featuring the phrase 'Enjoy C***' across the front.

While Indy appeared unfazed as she walked hand-in-hand with Ben into court, social media users were quick to weigh in - and many were far from impressed.

Photos of the influencer's courthouse attire quickly circulated online, sparking a fierce debate.

'Imagine wearing that to court. So disrespectful,' one person wrote.

'Let's hope she was kicked out. Good grief! Have some respect,' another commented.

A third labelled the influencer as 'attention-seeking' before asking, 'Influencers? Good lord who would be influenced by her??'

Others were even more scathing.

'So the influencer is uneducated and disrespectful to both herself and the courts,' one critic declared.

'There's a time and place for everything. The Federal Court isn't it,' another said.

Not everyone was outraged, however.

'I need those jeans LOL,' one supporter wrote.

A second wrote: 'Iconique' before a third labelled her 'the people's princess.'

Hours after the mediation, Indy doubled down on her statement, sharing a photo of her racy shirt to her Instagram Stories after wrapping up in court.

Azar is reportedly suing his former employer, global real estate firm Savills, after his employment was terminated following more than 22 years with the company.

According to court documents filed on March 27, Azar alleges Savills breached workplace protections by dismissing him.

The father-of-three is pursuing action under general protections provisions, which can apply when an employee claims adverse action was taken against them for prohibited reasons.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Azar, Clinton and Savills for comment.

The legal dispute marks a challenging period for the social media star and her husband, who have built a large online following by sharing candid insights into their family life.

Earlier this year, Indy broke down in tears while discussing her anxiety about one of her children starting school.

In an emotional TikTok video, she admitted she felt completely overwhelmed by the prospect of navigating the school system.

Not everyone was outraged, however. 'I need those jeans LOL,' one supporter wrote. A second wrote: 'Iconique' before a third labelled her 'the people's princess'

'I'm not ready to be a mum, sorry! I'm meant to have a child at school in two weeks and I don't even know what P&C means,' she told followers.

She became visibly emotional as she listed the responsibilities she felt unprepared for.

'I have to do a lunchbox, a morning tea and a crunch and sip. Do I volunteer at swimming carnivals?' she asked.

'I can't do maths, so how do I help with homework? I genuinely don't know my times tables!'
