The All Star jungle is set to lose a campmate on Tuesday night.

It has been revealed one of the cast is set to leave the jungle on the order of medics after falling ill and having to leave .

The star, who has not been identified, tearfully told their campmates: 'I’ve just got something to tell you all. I didn’t feel very well this morning and the medics have advised I can’t return to camp. I’ve got to go home...

'I don’t want to go. I’m absolutely gutted. I wanted to finish.'

The departure comes one night after and were sent packing on Monday, shortly after 's eviction last week.

David could not resist taking a final swipe at Adam Thomas as he departed the jungle.

Then he warned: 'I've spoken to Adam, I've said my piece and some of what's still to air will speak for itself – I'll leave it there.'

David chose to take fan favourite Gemma with him because 'the two of us were itching to get back to our partners, and I think we'd both earned it'.
