Helen Flanagans Mum Juggles Kids Lives Completely

has said that her mother runs her three kids' entire schedules, does their washing and helps them with all their homework. 

The former actress, 35, shares Delilah, seven, ten-year-old Matilda and son Charlie, five, with her ex partner Scott Sinclair. 

And due to her work commitments her mother Julia is a huge help with their daily family life.  

Helen said on the show on Monday: 'I have three children and I really do bring them up with my mum and dad. They help me every day. 

'This sounds bad but I am always working and I don't even have the class social app, like my mum has the app, she does all the homework.

'My mum actually runs all my kids' schedules so my mum is amazing. My kids have so many activities, football and stuff and because I'm always working my mum goes 'Helen you're doing this, you're doing that.'

'She does all my washing, all the uniforms, my mum does all the cooking. She does everything for me and I would die without her.'

Vanessa then quipped: 'Julia is a saint!' 

Helen was recently busy working abroad as she filmed Celebrity Ex On The Beach which aired in April.

She was voted off after just four episodes as her co-stars brutally chose to send her home. 

The , who is best known for playing Rosie Webster in , was joined by the likes of Jedward star John Grimes, 's Amy Kenyon, 's and Love Island's  on the dating show.

But mum-of-three Helen was awkwardly sent packing pretty sharpish. 

The boys were told that they had to pick someone to leave the villa and  star Chase DeMoor told the group: 'Obviously this was a really difficult decision for all of us. 

'We had to go through each one of you individually and talk about the pros and cons.

'We had to separate emotion from decision making. We looked at everybody's connections, just weighing out everything. 

'So, we have selected Helen.'
