revealed her drastic weight-loss transformation on Wednesday - two years after being released from Chillicothe Correctional Center for second-degree murder.

The 34-year-old ex-con proved it by stepping onto a scale which read 108.2lbs, claiming she dropped 35lbs off her petite 4ft 11in frame without using a trendy GLP-1 agonist drug like Ozempic.

'Okay y'all, I'm not gatekeeping. My weight loss came from life circumstances,' Blanchard - who boasts 1.1 million social media followers - wrote on Instagram.

'After being released two years ago my lifestyle changed a lot — from commissary junk food to home-cooked meals and trying new foods.'

The Life After Lock Up star continued: 'I don't follow a workout routine (though I'd love one), I don't limit my diet, and I don't use GLP-1. I wasn't actively trying to … my whole life just changed and adjusted to freedom.'

Blanchard posted a side-by-side comparison on TikTok where she celebrated her 'choices' like finding 'real love' and undergoing rhinoplasty and extensive dental surgery in 2024 before welcoming her first child.
