However, on Friday, she gave Instagram followers a thrill when she included the Hangover star in a summer photo recap.
The supermodel's subtle nod to the romance included a mirror selfie of the two leaning into each other in what appeared to be an elevator.
Hadid wore a gray sweatshirt with her blonde hair bundled under a baseball cap while Cooper's back was to the camera. All that could be seen of him was a baseball cap set on his wavy hair, the embroidered bomber jacket and the rucksack hanging on his shoulder.
Another photo taken on the Pont des Arts showed Hadid, 31, and Cooper, 51, in silhouette as the couple took in of the sunset over the Seine.
Hadid, who put on on Thursday night, shared other photos from their Parisian getaway including a snapshot of the statue Psyche Revived by Cupid's Kiss by Italian artist Antonio Canova at the Louvre Museum.
