Captioning the post, she wrote: 'Walk, read, pool, massage, wine, repeat at @villaleblancgranmelia Because a girls trip is good for the soul (pr visit)'.

Millie Mackintosh couldn't hide her envy over the gorgeous trip, taking to the comments to gush: 'The dream!!'

And the hotel's own page commented to thank Frankie for her stay, writing: 'It was an absolute pleasure having you! Thank you for choosing Villa Le Blanc for your Menorcan getaway. We look forward to welcoming you back to your island home very soon'.

Frankie was effusive in her praise of the hotel in response, writing: 'we honestly had the best time. It was absolutely perfect. So relaxing x'.

While having a great time in the sunshine with her pals however, she admitted in her YouTube vlog that she felt 'mum guilt' for being away from her family.

Ahead of her getaway, the singer - who shares sons Carter, 10, and Parker, 12, with husband explained how she'd been dealing with a lot of anxiety in the lead-up to the trip.

'I always feel guilty about being away from home,' she confessed. 'I just always put guilt on myself because I'm like "It's selfish to go away, selfish not to be with the boys, Carter's going to be upset that I'm away".'

And while she happily documented her travels on social media, Frankie was subjected to several cruel comments from mum-shamers who trolled her for going on holiday without her young brood in tow.

However, the Loose Women star defiantly hit back at her critics, as she sent a strong message while unashamedly modelling her holiday fit.

Alongside a clip of her posing in a red bikini, Frankie wrote: 'This... and being told I'm a bad mum for going away without my kids.'

Captioning her post, she added: 'Because you know people love to have their "opinions".'

And her fans were quick to share their support for Frankie in the comments, with many applauding her for taking the much-needed break.

They penned: 'Filling up your cup and having a break so you can be the BEST mum to your kids.'

'It’s giving envy. Hope you’re having the best time!'; 'Let them be mad. Have an even better time to spite them darling'

'Everybody needs a break to reset and recharge including parents, those who thinks it's selfish clearly aren't parents. Black and red looking amazing on you Frankie.'

'Anyone saying you’re a bad mum for going away without your kids is just jealous. You need adult time too. Wait till those opinionated parents go on holiday for the first time without kids, when they are grown up. Bet most will say why didn’t we do this years ago!'

'The only people who matter when it comes to judging anyone’s parenting is their kids. It’s clear you are absolutely adored by yours, no one could ask for more. I hope you’re having the best trip.'
